Shipping policy

Our turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of your order and the quality of the file you provide. Typically, it takes us about 1-2 days to process your order (Terms and conditions apply). Great news! We offer free shipping for orders over $70. Plus, for select orders placed before midday, our awesome "dispatch team" can provide same-day delivery to locations within the lower mainland. It's our way of making sure you receive your order quickly and conveniently.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of finalizing your order (unless there are certain orders that require additional printing time or are missing information). The best part? You can place orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and even public holidays. Rest assured, your order will be shipped out first thing on a weekday morning.

Delivery Times:

- Within Canada and the U.S., you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 2-3 days (excluding weekends).
- If you're in the European Union, delivery usually takes around 10-12 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- For our friends in South America, it may take up to 14-16 days for your package to arrive (although it's often faster than the estimated time, we recommend allowing some extra time in case of any unexpected challenges).
